Are you insured against accidents?
Yes! we operate with full Public Liability Insurance and take health & safety very seriously to avoid/prevent incidents.
Can the Animal party come to our local park or village hall?
You will have to contact your local council or hall organiser to check but generally it is accepted.
Are your ponies well behaved?
Yes. All our ponies are very well behaved. They are rarely frightened by anything, and can handle party atmospheres, kids petting them and long days in the sunshine giving kids rides all for a few treats & a refreshing drink! We do however ask you to design your events with the animals in mind and avoid loose balloons, loud music & keep the children under control.
Is it safe to ride the ponies?
Our party ponies are very safe and your child will wear a safety helmet, be lead by trained staff & have an assistant to assure them.
What age group is a Animal Party suitable for?
The ponies can come to parties with people of any age, however, for the children to ride and get the most enjoyment ages from 1 - 10 is accepted with discrection. Mobile farm parties are suitable for any ages.
How many children per party?
we can cater for parties with as many or as little children but as a guide 15 children are suited to package 1.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Parties can be booked at any time, however the further in advance you book the more likely it is that you will get the date you want. Dates are only confirmed once the deposit had been paid and cleared. Reindeer bookings are welcomed up to 12 months before.
Can the pony come inside?
The pony can come inside if you would like, this is however at your own risk as any breakages or ‘presents’ left can not be controlled!
The mobile farm can set up indoors.
What kind of access do you need to my garden?
Your garden will need a side gate with a clear pathway, ponies can go up and down one or two steps and widely spaced ones but fewer the better! Sometimes the ponies do walk through the house to access the garden. If you are concerned about your access please do not hesitate to call us to discuss this.
What sort of place would be good to have my Animal party?
A large backyard is the best place or driveway will do. If there is a park or a nice grassy place nearby then that would be nicer for the horses to walk on. It is better for us if you can barrier off where the pony rides will take place - just a safety precaution. We can offer the mobile farm inside.
Can I hire Pony rides/ mobile farm/ Reindeer for our school fete or community event?
Yes. We are more than happy to come to your school or any other event that you might hold. If you have any questions then please contact me.
NO, we clear up any mess that we make & take away any horse dung. the only thing we may leave behind is a few bits of loose hay or wet areas from washing down.
