Booking Terms & Conditions


Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Bookings will be held provisionally for 48 hours and are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

The remaining balance is payable no later than 28 days prior to the event date. Full payment may be made at the time of booking if preferred.

Failure to settle the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Travel, parking, and any additional agreed costs will be confirmed in advance of the event and are payable by the client where applicable.

Travel & Access
Travel is included for locations within 30 minutes of our base. Locations beyond this may incur an additional charge, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Suitable vehicle access must be available for loading and unloading at the event location.

On-site parking must be provided adjacent to the reindeer enclosure area for the duration of the event.

If suitable access or parking is not available, this must be discussed and agreed in advance. Any associated costs or alternative arrangements are the responsibility of the client.

 

Animal Welfare
The welfare of our reindeer is of the utmost importance. We reserve the right to cancel an appearance and issue a full refund in the event of animal illness, transport concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where event conditions, including weather or environment, are deemed unsuitable or pose a risk to animal welfare, we reserve the right to amend or withdraw from the booking at any time, including leaving the event early if necessary.

 

Event Safety
Any fireworks, pyrotechnics, or similar effects must be disclosed and agreed in advance. We reserve the right to withdraw from any event where such elements present a risk to animal welfare. Crowd control is client responsibility. 

Agreement
Payment of any invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
